Product Overview
This product is a single-zone rotary lift-open tube furnace with a maximum operating temperature of 1200 °C. Applied to the physical analysis of laboratory powder materials, elemental determination, it can be work under vacuum or protective atmosphere. The furnace tube is made of high-purity quartz tube. size is φ50*300mm. It contains stirring paddles to make the workpieces evenly heated. The diameter of the non-temperature zone tube is 25mm, and the stainless steel flanges on both sides of the furnace tube are sealed. Equipped with PTFE-O type gasket for better sealing performance, with air inlet and outlet

  • The furnace tube adopts quartz tube as carrier and the stainless steel flanges on its both ends are simple design, reasonable, easy to disassemble and convenient for entering and leaving sintered samples
  • Furnace material is high-purity alumina ceramic fiber materials, new assembly structure, no transformation in long term high temperature, sturdy and durable
  • Using intelligent PID temperature control instrument, with program function, can set the temperature rise curve, can be programmed 32 segments
  • The machine will send out an alarm signal to the over-temperature during the working process, and automatically complete the protection action.

  • The heating rate is fast, from room temperature to 1100 degrees, generally takes 60 minutes
  • An electric lifting device equips at the bottom of the furnace to tilt the furnace body range from 0°~ 30°, providing heat treatment environment under vacuum atmosphere, the vacuum degree is as low as 0.001Pa, and the furnace tube speed is adjustable.
  • It can be installed with a gas mass flowmeter, digital precise control of the gas.
