Product Overview
1200℃ STG Series products are mainly applied for the heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere, high quality chamber materials and stable temperature control system ensure the reliability of experimental data.The product uses the new-type ceramic fiber material as the furnace chamber material; the furnace tube material is fine, and the tube is sealed by stainless steel flanges on its both ends, the furnace can be work under the vacuum, there are air inlet and air outlet on the flange, also it can be filled in protective air, the precision needle-valve may adjust the air inlet flow rate.

  • The furnace tube adopts quartz tube as carrier and the stainless steel flanges on its both ends are simple design, reasonable, easy to disassemble and convenient for entering and leaving sintered samples
  • Furnace material is high-purity alumina ceramic fiber materials, new assembly structure, no transformation in long term high temperature, sturdy and durable
  • Using intelligent PID temperature control instrument, with program function, can set the temperature rise curve, can be programmed 32 segments
  • The machine will send out an alarm signal to the over-temperature during the working process, and automatically complete the protection action.
  • The heating element is made of high-quality alloy wire, which can bear large load, stable and long service life
  • When the instrument program is set, just press the run button and the next work will be completed automatically
