Xinyang Xing – Company Team Building

From September 28th to September 30th, 2025, all members of Henan Sante Furnace Industry will conduct a three-day and two night team building activity in Xinyang City. The purpose of this trip is to enrich the cultural life of employees, enhance team cohesion, and allow everyone to relax and share beautiful moments in their busy work schedules.
On the first day of the event, team members visited Nanwan Lake and experienced the beauty and tranquility of the lake and mountains. Nanwan Lake is renowned for its unique style of tranquility, simplicity, elegance, and wonder, as well as the perfect harmony of mountains, water, forests, and islands. It is a multifunctional ecological tourism area that integrates natural landscapes, cultural landscapes, forest ecological environments, and forest health functions. With its clear water quality and beautiful environment, it attracts many tourists.

The next day, everyone visited the famous Jigongshan Scenic Area, known both domestically and internationally as the "Cloud Park". This scenic area is one of the four major summer resorts in China. Jigong Mountain is known as the "Green Division of Yu and Chu, and the Gateway to the Three Rivers". It is also known as the "Eight Natural Landscapes" for its Buddhist light, sea of clouds, rime, rain, rosy glow, exotic flowers and plants, strange peaks and rocks, waterfalls and springs. The mountain is home to a group of buildings from different countries and styles during the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, and is also known as the "Museum of International Architecture".

On the third day, we visited Haotang Village, one of the first pilot villages for creating "Beautiful Villages" nationwide.

The team building activity ended successfully in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Through a series of outdoor activities, our team members not only exercised their bodies, but also honed their teamwork skills through collaboration. At the same time, these activities also provide an excellent opportunity for everyone to enhance mutual understanding and trust, making our friendship even deeper. Everyone expressed their desire to bring the spirit of unity and cooperation demonstrated in this team building activity into their daily work, and contribute their own strength to the development of the company.
