1400℃ high-quality bogie hearth furnace features a lightweight alumina refractory brick furnace chamber, an arched roof design, and four-sided radiant heating with silicon carbide rods. It boasts a split-type high-precision temperature control system with an intelligent PID temperature control system, programmable for 15 groups and 30 time periods, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The electrically driven bogie moves along a track, facilitating easy material loading. An automatic glue discharge port on the furnace top and PLC process correlation control, combined with a stainless steel gas collection hood, enable low-temperature glue discharge and high-temperature sintering processes. Over-temperature, thermocouple failure, over-current, and fault alarms ensure automatic protection. This bogie hearth furnace is used in heat treatment processes such as glue discharge, annealing, and sintering of glass, metals, ceramics, photovoltaics, semiconductors, composite materials, and organic synthetic materials.
