1000℃ Small Benchtop Muffle Furnace product is mainly for the daily application development of the laboratory,high-quality furnace materials and stable temperature control system to ensure the reliability of the experimental data; the product uses high-purity alumina material as the furnace material, and the high-quality alloy resistance wire is used for heating element.

Furnace Shell

The shell is made of metal Q235 low carbon steel, and the surface is electrostatically resistant to paint and anti-corrosion

Refractory

High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating element, the resistance wire is wound on the ceramic support tube, free heat radiation heating in the furnace cavity, energy saving, high efficiency and long service life

The silicon carbide bottom plate covers and protects the bottom heating element, which has high mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, and provides horizontal bearing at the same time.
