Description

The 1700°C Bottom Loading Furnace Furnace is mainly designed and developed for colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, factories and enterprises, and other industrial laboratories. It is used in the fields of new materials such as metal materials, ceramic materials, nano-materials, and semiconductor materials; it can also be used in tooth sintering in the denture industry.

Features

Furnace shell

1、The shell is made of metal Q235 low-carbon steel, and the surface is electrostatically resistant and anti- corrosion.
2、 Sturdy metal tank shell structure with low furnace surface temperature
3、Furnace door with flange type sealing structure and manual screw compression with side door way for easier operating

Refractory material

Multi-layer insulation design, composed of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and other high-quality insulation board heat shielding backing, which does not contain asbestos components, low heat loss and low energy consumption

Heating system

1、 High-quality resistance heating element installed with free heat radiation heating in the furnace cavity, which is energy saving and high efficiency, for long service life
2、Ring heating element installed on all sides can achieve good homogeneity in the furnace chamber
3、Optional accessories like furnace top exhaust port is available and also optional with furnace bottom with regulated air inlet port
4、The charging container can be stacked on the bottom of the furnace, and two or three layers of materials can be placed in different furnace types

Temperature Control Panel
